With a passion for transforming the way people experience their homes, she specializes in residential renovations, custom homes, and thoughtfully designed interiors that balance beauty, function, and everyday living.

Known for her highly detailed and organized approach, Emera excels at guiding homeowners through the complexities of renovations and new construction. From developing functional floor plans and construction drawings to selecting finishes, millwork, lighting, and furnishings, she brings clarity and confidence to every stage of the design process. Her ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and thoughtfully coordinate every detail helps projects move smoothly while creating homes that feel cohesive and deeply personal.

With a natural ability to bring structure, organization, and thoughtful communication to every stage of the process, Katie oversees the systems, partnerships, and day-to-day operations that keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
